Q. At what stores
can I use the program? A. Currently
we index the ads for the major stores in each
market. Stores include : Acme, Albertsons, Kroger's,
Dan's, Lins, Maceys, Harmons, Publix, Reams, Smiths ,
Rite Aid, Target, Walgreens and
Wegman's. Q. How much can I
really save? A. A lot depends
on your current shopping habits and your own personal
preferences. My family went from over $1,200 a month to
under $600 per month. We had more food, better quality
and used more name brands. We save a
consistent 57% over what we used to spend. And the time
saved is even more important to many
shoppers. Q. How difficult
is it to learn to use the
program? A. It is really
quite easy. The Online Tutorial makes
it easy to understand and
use. Q. Do the stores
lose money when I use Ads &
Bargains? A. No. The stores
spend thousand of dollars to advertise their products
and prices. Ads & Bargains assist shoppers in
finding the items the retailer is trying to
promote. Q. If I am paying
less how is it possible for the stores to make more
money when I use Ads &
Bargains. A. Good question.
Stores spend a lot of time and resources to advertise
products that they and their suppliers are promoting at
lower prices in order to make it up in volume sales. As
a rule when you buy in volume you are doing just what
the store hopes you will
do. Q. By using
coupons is the store losing
money? A. Another good
question. The answer is no. The stores are reimbursed by
the manufacturer for the face value of the coupon plus a
handling fee. Stores actually make additional profits by
handling coupons. This is why you will see the store
actually provide coupons in the aisle with the product.
In fact you will see some stores clip the coupons
themselves and tape the coupon to the product to help
you save money and help them move
product. Q. Where do I find
my coupons? A. The major
source for coupons is the Sunday paper and
Boodle.com You will also find additional coupons in
the aisle and online. Q. Does Ads &
Bargains index coupons other than those in the Sunday
paper? A. Yes. Ads &
Bargains also indexes Boodle.com which provides a direct
data feed to our service. Q. What is the
difference between a store coupon and a manufacturer's
coupon? A. Store coupons
are for redemption only at the issuing store (or
stores that accept competitor's coupons such as
Albertsons). Manufacturer's coupons may be redeemed at
any retailer (except the large membership stores like
Sam's Club and Costco who do not take coupons and are
designed for small business
owners). Q. How do I get
started? A. Simply

saving
